• Added uuid field to the following tables:

addresses,
clientemailprojects,
clients,
discounts,
files,
invoices,
invoicestatuses,
modules,
notes,
paymentmethods,
productcategories,
products,
receipts,
relationships,
roles,
scheduler,
shippingmethods,
smartsearches,
tabledefs,
tabs,
tax,
users

• Changed the .sql files that install / update these tables to use specific uuids.
