Improve Order/Invoice Creation page - Add New Customer Fields

Here's a ticket as request by brieb :)

What we want is to improve the order/invoice creation page.

Sometimes customers are new, and they just want to pay and get out of the store! At the same time, they may indeed want a name on their invoice! So we don't want the whole process of creating a client, just a quick way to write down their details:

Name Company Phone
