Add support for VAT field to customer

Currently there's no way to add a VAT number to client. In most of europe this is required for b2b (business to business) transactions, and should be printed on the invoice.

VAT taxes are discussed at length on the forum and in the wiki under PhpbmsDev/ProjectMission. . While I don't want to discount the importance to some people of this feature, Kreotek will not be developing this feature unless:

1) We can get development subsidized by paying customers and

2) We can insure that it will not dramatically increase complexity for non VAT users.

That said, patches are always welcome.

Hmm that's unfortunate. But the VAT number isn't really related to the taxes, the VAT number is the number which the government gives a firm when it starts. It's more of a "company official number", but it happens to be the same as the VAT number and generally is called VAT number.

So a client would just need another field, "VAT number" or something, like there's the address and name, it has no other meaning, doesn't influence any calculations, etc...

Anyways, as a "temporary" solution I'm using the second address line as VAT number, since the second address line is never used here.
