Screens are not right after install

After install and logging in, my menus look as the following:

phpBMS Administrator

• Client *

o Quick View o Clients o Check for Duplicates o Email Projects

• Sales *

o Sales Orders o Recurring Invoices o AR Items o Receipts o Discounts o Item Analysis o Tax Areas o Invoice Statuses o Shipping Methods o Payment Methods

This actually goes down further, but just want to show an example.

If I click on any of the links it take me back to this same page.

All the databases are fine and I can login, but stuck here.

Tried forum with no answers.

Please try reposting on the forum. You probably have had installation or javascript issues.
