Description field in roles table should be used

Description (last modified by nate) (diff)

The screen showing roles: ******/search.php?id=200

provides names of the roles in a giant column that takes up most of the screen. There is plenty of room to put the "Description" field on this listing field which would make it much easier for the user to know what these roles are for.

I ran into a problem setting up the system when I just assigned the "user" role to a couple of our staff and it didn't give them power to do enough... so adding this would make it much more clear what privileges people need to have.

This might be a good idea, however its not really a defect with the program's code, rather a documentation (in the program and in our wiki). For that reason I'm changing this to a type of "enhancement" rather than "defect".

Also, you really shouldn't be posting the site of your bms here (anywhere). Also, having your bms exposed to the internet through a non-encrypted connection allows for:

1. sensitive data being passed via cleartext. 2. increases the chance of people trying to brute force access your bms.
