Add,Edit and other buttons don´t appear

During test of the demo version in your official page, a could not see the menus above the records. Please see attachment.

I can't repeat this in any browser, and we have no other reported incidents of this happening. If you continue to have this problem, please provide detailed information on client browser software and version as well as operating system.
