Part of this patch has been implemented in [678]. The parts concerning the clients email projects have not been as we are looking to get rid of it in the next version, and we'll probably take it out of the trunk soon.

nate is correct, client e-mail projects, indeed the entire process of sending *mass* e-mails from within phpbms will be removed from the BMS module.

It may simply be degraded in the next version, or it may be completely removed. Decisions on it's fate have not been completely decided upon.

It will be replaced with an API hook up for mailChimp, a free online mass e-mailing service.
