FPDF Big5 UTF8 support

Description

I have a problem to display the invoice and quotation on FPDF version with Chinese character. I tried the chinese.php, chinese-unicode.php even Ufpdf, but seems not working. And I am looking for any way to make the invoice in HTML format instead of PDF. Thanks.

phpBMS does not have multi language support. We try our best to maintain UTF-8 support, but even that falls apart when printing PDFs because of FPDF. The fpdf.org site has some suggestions on work arounds for specific cases.

This would require you to make some heavy modifications to all the PDF reports.
