Sales Order - Adding New Item Lines, Missing Product Columns

When I click on the + beside the product line to had another product row I'm missing the product column.

This is working normally. You need to specify the line item information before adding it to the sales order with the add line item button (+ symbol)

Once added, product information cannot be changed, but can be removed and re-added.

Furthermore, it is not a good idea to add screenshots that reveal your URL, especially if they reveal you are not running over a secure connection. We will try to remove the picture from the trac system.
