Unable to login after fresh install on version 0.96

Just I wanted to install and review your software in my web page.

I just installed this 0.96 version and my server (my own server). After installation, I am unable to login. It is apache 2.0 with .htaccess subdomained.

because js does not work on version 0.98, the login form defaultly be set disabled, js should call unlock function, but seemed the onload function(connect(...) ) broken.
