Notes not appearing for sales orders after upgrade

I have just updated from 0.96 to 0.98 and everything worked as expected.

The sales orders no longer show any notes data, it is still in the database but does not show for sales orders.

It's possible that the note's attachedid or attachedtabledefid never got updated correctly.

1) Do you know if the generate uuid process completed successfully? (returned a chek mark)

2) Can you manually check the raw data of the notes table, and look at the attachedid. Are only numbers being stored in there?

Before submitting a ticket, it may be better to discuss this further in the forums, as a installation troubleshooting. It's an easier back in forth with better formatting and such.
