File attachments are corrupted

It seems that every file I upload (despite the mime) is corrupted by phpbms. The upload works fine, upon subsequent downloads it seems that the files are all retrieved in a corrupted form and are no longer usable.

I have tried uploading on both mac and pc in a variety of different browsers on both and all yield the same result, a corrupted file.

Just tested with v0.98 and I was able to upload and download an attachment ok. What platform(webserver/php/mysql versions) are you running phpbms on? It's more likely the server side is causing the problem here but it was good of you to test with different browsers/OS for the client side.
