Help Turning Sales Order to Invoice

Description

I don't know if I am missing something but I can't seem to generate an invoice. I can generate a sales order no problem but everything I have tried to do has not helped. Could you please help me? I'm sure it is something simple but for the life of me I can't figure it out. Thanks in advance!

Sales Orders have to be marked as shipped or ready to post before they can be converted.
