Add secondary tax option

A secondary tax (e.g. like here in Canada, where we have the federal tax and provincial tax) option in order to bill correctly here in canada. So far only intuit is able to accommodate the small business/startup with their billing needs.

Thoughts: adding another table with secondary taxes adding a field for secondary tax in the overview adding a column for secondary tax in the invoice table

if the 2nd tax is selected, compute it on top of the other tax and add it to the total

It would be great to discuss this defect further on the forums. If you'd like to create a thread there we can. I just looked at the Canadian GST/HST but would like to learn more about sales or goods and service taxes so any change here is as widely applicable as possible.
