Application Name

This sets the name shown at the top of the application and the top of the login screen.

Recommendations for the name include "the name of your business" plus "BMS" or just the name of your business.

Modifying the name of the application also resets the cookie name used in the browser. As a result, you will need to log in again after changing the name.

Record Display Limit

This defines the maximum number records shown on each search screen before results are broken into multiple pages. Setting this too high may slow processing time.

Default Main Page

This is the default paeg phpBMS show after logging in. You can enter the URL link (relative to the phpBMS application root) here. By default, phpBMS navigates to the snapshot page (modules/base/snapshot.php).

Style Sheet Set

This defines the set of style sheets used by the phpBMS application.

Company Information

Company information is used in various areas of phpBMS, mainly for client interaction in printed documents, and e-mails sent by the system to clients.

This defines the textual information printed on reports.

This defines the graphic to be used on PDF print outs. The graphic will print at a maximum size of 1.75" x 1.75" (although it does not need to be square)

The graphics should be in PNG or JPEG format. Using the PNG format, the graphics must be an 8-bit (256 colour) non-interlaced PNG.

When uploaded properly, the graphic should show in the window above the upload graphic area. You may need to force a reload of the entire page so this graphic updates correctly.
