Navigating phpBMS

Once you have logged in to phpBMS, you will notice a set of menus near the top of the screen. These menus are organized with the most frequently accessed items in daily use on the left side. If you click on one of these headings, a sub-menu will appear showing the screens to which you can navigate.

It is possible to open multiple instances of phpBMS in multiple tabs or windows in your browser to speed up use of the system. Just be sure not to edit the same item(Client, Sales Order, or Product) in more than one window or tab at a time.

Once you're comfortable navigating around the system(and if you have the right permissions), you can access Client information under Client->Clients or Sales Orders under Sales->Sales Orders. The first screen you see when you login is by default the Snapshot page which is located under Tools->Snapshot.
